Welcome
The 2009 NOCC/ACES Northern Regional Event is rapidly approaching! Check out the 'ACES Northern Regional' tab at the top of the page for more info!
About Us
We are a club of family oriented people who love all types and years of Chevelles. We have a strong presence in the greater Cleveland/Akron area but welcome new members from anywhere!
For the fourth year in a row, the Northern Ohio Chevelle Club has won the honor of being picked '#1 Club Display' at the 2009 Cleveland AutoRama!!!
Once again, our club has pulled together and earned the top spot at the Cleveland AutoRama. Considerable efforts were put forth by many members to help us pull off another excellent display........
As many of you know, the Northern Ohio Chevelle Club (NOCC) is very passionate about the Toys For Tots Program. Every year, our club strives to collect more toys and money than the previous year so that we can donate them to the Marines Toys For Tots program. ......

The WHAT: The 7th Annual A.C.E.S. Northern Regional Car Show
The WHERE: The Westlake Holiday Inn in balmy Westlake, Ohio
The WHEN: August 7th-8th, 2009
The WHY: To meet friends we didn't know we had, to meet friends we new we had, and....best of all....spend an entire weekend surrounded by some of the nicest Chevelles (and people) in the country.
The WHO: All stock, modified, survivor, projects, daily drivers, and Pro-Street 1964-1988 Chevelles, Malibus, Wagons, El Caminos, Sprints, and 1962-1969 Beaumonts. You do not have to be an A.C.E.S. member to attend but we strongly encourage you to become a member as it is a great club with lots of benefits. Everyone is welcome to attend (we'll even let Chuck in if we have to) even if you don't have a car to enter!
The HOW: Get directions using Google Maps Here (I've already filled in the 'ending' address...I'm nice like that) You can push, pull, trailer, or drive your car in as there will be plenty of space for just about all sizes of trailers/rigs.
Well, we did it folks! We got the flyer for next year's show up and running before the end of the year. Please check back often for updates. Just click on the picture below and a PDF file will open up and you can either read it, save it to your computer, or print it out. If you are a member of another club, PLEASE print this out and share it with your membership and pass some out as you go to events and meet other chevelle owners. The growth of our hobby depends on shows like ours and the other regional/national events. Who knows, your club may have the honor of hosting a show like this in the future and can benefit from the help of others like you.

. I would love to add you to our site! All I need is a 175x75 jpg of your club logo (or just supply me with the graphics and I'll create something that will work).
Grab a cold one from the icebox (if you can get Larry out of your way), pull up a stool, and make yourself at home while I give you a little background on our club and this great new site!
Well, my name is Shawn and I’m the so-called ‘Tech-Guru’ of our club (I guess you can call it the ‘tallest pygmy syndrome’ because I’m certainly no expert in this stuff). My Wife Christina and I have been members of the Northern Ohio Chevelle Club (NOCC for short) for about a year and I gotta say that this is the best bunch of guys and gals we’ve had the pleasure of hanging out with. Our club is based in the Elyria/Cleveland/Akron, Ohio area and we welcome all Chevelle models from ‘64-’88 into our club with open arms..........
Well....we made it through our 2nd annual Columbia Township Car Show despite some rather ominous weather yesterday:
Our V.P., Joe Desmont, is a member of the Columbia Township Chamber of Commerce and volunteered our club to run this show last year. We only had a month to prepare for last years' show and had about 50 cars register.
This year, we had much more time to plan but all of the planning in the world couldn't help us get past the weather. You can't tell by the pictures, but we had some pretty rough weather pass through right in the middle of our show. Because of the weather reports, we only had 35 brave souls (not including NOCC member cars) register. Of those 35, about half remained through the rain.
This show has great potential due to the fair that is located next door as well as a parade that takes place near by the same day. If we could only get the weather to co-operate!
